Fan Meet

Just an idea... pretty happy with how it turned out  

Assuming The Great Mouse Detective cast were all actors (so I can make them interact more friendly-like for this particular scene to play out) Basil is in charge of rounding up the other members of the cast for today's scheduled fan meet , Ratigan being the last.
